During this session – Part IV of the G2E Webinar Series conducted online in advance of the show – speakers explain this importance and dive into actual analysis to show participants how to find the most important data in their own reports. The session uses the previously covered case study property to explore whether or not what they’re doing is best for the casino. What type of tweaks may need to be made? Together with the audience, speakers also examine whether or not the results are answering the company’s previously set goals and if sound business decisions are being made based on numbers rather than gut.</p>
