Internet Gambling: Federal Legislation

Through some pending pieces of legislation before the U.S. Congress, Washington is considering the regulation of Internet gambling at the federal level. During this session, experts analyze current legislation, law and other federal issues affecting iGaming, including the Wire Act, UIGEA, current federal legislative proposals and the outstanding U.S. violations of the World Trade Organization in respect to iGaming.
